This Pricing Policy explains how our pricing works, what is included in each plan, billing cycles, refunds, upgrades, and other important details. By purchasing or subscribing to any VocalLabs plan, you agree to this Pricing Policy.

VocalLabs offers multiple pricing plans depending on your needs. Plan details, features, and current pricing are displayed on our Pricing Page. Pricing may depend on:

• Number of users or agents
• Feature access (AI capabilities, integrations, analytics)
• Usage limits (voice minutes, API calls, storage)
• Subscription duration (monthly/yearly)

We may offer free trials, free plans, or demo access for selected services. During a free trial:

• Limited features or usage may apply
• Trial validity is shown on the pricing page or dashboard
• We may ask for payment details to activate trials (if required)
• Once the trial ends, your account may be downgraded, paused, or converted to a paid plan depending on your selection

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. You may be billed based on:

• Subscription-based billing (monthly/yearly)
• Usage-based billing (per minute / per API request / add-ons)
• One-time purchases (if applicable)
• Payments must be completed before accessing paid features

If you subscribe to a recurring plan, your subscription may auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from:

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. Upgrading:

• New plan benefits may start immediately
• You may be charged a prorated amount depending on the billing cycle

Each plan may have usage limits such as:

• Voice minutes
• Number of conversations
• Team members
• Storage / data retention
• Integration access

If you exceed your plan limits:

• Your service may pause temporarily
• You may be asked to upgrade
• Additional charges may apply (only if clearly mentioned)
• We reserve the right to enforce fair usage to maintain platform quality

Refund eligibility depends on the plan type and usage. General Refund Rules:

If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us within 7 days of the payment date.

You may cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation will stop future charges. After cancellation:

• You can continue using the plan until the end of the billing cycle (unless mentioned otherwise)
• Your account may be downgraded to a free plan (if available)

Depending on your location, taxes may be added to your invoice, such as:

• GST / VAT / Service Tax

The final payable amount will be shown clearly at checkout.

VocalLabs may update pricing from time to time. If pricing changes affect your plan:

• We will notify you before renewal (where required)
• Your continued use after renewal confirms acceptance of updated pricing
